I work with people from age 6 through 100+, adults of all life stages, adolescents, tweens, and with kids ONLY with their parent/guardian(s). I provide insight-oriented, problem-focused, psychodynamic psychotherapy, with 20 years of experience. Currently through teletherapy only until 2021, we can explore your concerns, improve communication in relationships, and help you make choices to improve your life – career, relationships, family – and negotiate hurdles, or grieve losses.
I have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, with developmental concentration from NYU. I hold a Certificate from the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute (Self and Relational Psychology,) and have completed trainings in Beck Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting Phase 1, Gottman Level 1 workshops. Currently doing TeleHealth.
The COVID virus shut-down is challenging for people of all ages, all situations. I have some openings for telehealth, and won’t return to the office until 2021, at which time I anticipate a vaccine & treatment. I can help you unpack long-term things, and find both short and long-term solutions.
I work with individuals to determine the best practices that match their aspirations and goals, while leaving space for new insights and processing the past.
